FAQs

The retailer I purchased from says my order was delivered but I didn't get all my items. Where is the rest of my order? 

As many of our items require larger boxes in multiples, there are times where one or more cartons might not be delivered at the same time by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Please enter any of the tracking numbers provided for your order and enter it directly into the carrier's website. All packages are linked together and you will be able to see the status for the remainder of your order.

How should I clean my outdoor cushions?

Outdoor cushions are spot clean only. A mild detergent can be used with water and wiped clean. Cushions should not be cleaned in a washing machine. 

Are my cushions waterproof? 

All Greendale Home Fashions outdoor cushions are water-resistant. They should be removed from furniture, when needed, to avoid rain when possible. Should the cushions become soaked through, we suggest hanging them dry until next use. 

Can you issue my refund? 

All refunds are processed by the online retailer/marketplace that you purchased from. 

Can GHF make custom measurement cushions? 

Unfortunately, we do not make any custom items. All cushions and their measurements can be found on the PRODUCTS menu.

 

Can I purchase fabric yardage from GHF?

No, we do not sell directly to the consumer. There are retailers that provide sample swatches, if needed, and there are online fabric stores that often carry cut yardage of the colorways we make product with.
